This blend is made for helping induce sleepiness. I keep howlite under my pillow and burn sandalwood before bed every night. It even relaxes my dogs! If you have trouble sleeping I encourage you to try it. I'm in no way guaranteeing sleep, but it definitely works for me!
This blend has lavender and sandalwood essential oils and howlite chips.
~lavender increases sleep quality and reduces anxiety
~sandalwood is known to balance emotions and is used to reduce stress and anxiety.
~howlite is an aid to insomnia, especially when caused by an overactive mind. Howlite is a very calming stone that can help soothe your emotions to relieve tension, stress, and anger. I highly recommend putting a stone under your pillow to help you drift to sleep. .
All rollers have stainless steel balls, which I feel hold up longer.
*NEW 3ml mini glass roller (slightly larger than the old 2ml you're used to, but still mini pocket sized!)
Refill oil bottles are available, if you don't see your scent just shoot me a message and I'll get you one.
All bases are made with coconut oil, but please message me if you need me to make it with grapeseed or jojoba instead.
