Shadow Work, is something we never like doing, but it is a necessary process we must do all our lives. It helps us to work through our traumas and the negativity that continues to hold us down. It's only when we sit with our darkness and really understand it that we can truly appreciate the light.
Moths represent transformation, hidden knowledge, inner wisdom, psychic abilities, and shadow work. They are connected to the moon, feminine and yin energies, and intuitive discoveries.
Kit includes:
*notebook with death head moth sticker
*broom pen
*3 frankincense and myrrh incense sticks
*2 black chime candles
*black chime candle holder
*all purpose anointing oil
*3 tumbled stones with a black satin bra/pocket pouch
*packet of betch purge bath soak
Instructions for the items listed above as well as a shadow work help guide will be included with this kit.
This is something I suggest doing when I get requests for help with past trauma from abuse, childhood trauma, death of a loved one. It helps to purge the still raw feelings in order to be able to heal properly. We must revisit that pain, understand where it's coming from and why we still hold it, and then we are able to release it and begin the process of healing.
